Managing a property in Madeira should feel calm, not complicated. Whether you own a holiday let around the corner or a second home across the world — I provide on-the-ground support with clarity, consistency and care.
I am based in Ponta do Pargo — the westernmost point of Western Madeira — and I work directly with property owners, expats and private households across the region who need dependable, structured local support. Local or international, the standard I bring is the same.
"Different landscape. Same soul."
My background in property spans the management of the Kalahari Golf & Hunting Estate (Kalahari Golf & Jag Landgoed) in Kathu, Northern Cape, South Africa — one of the region's most prestigious golf and hunting developments, and part of the ATM Group's portfolio in the Northern Cape. There I managed all estate sales and rentals, oversaw maintenance and contractors and was personally responsible for running Kalandré Guesthouse and the associated Nature Reserve — all within a large, developing and evolving estate environment.
Those years working under the vast Kalahari sky — amongst Camelthorn forests, managing operations across a large developing and evolving estate — gave me the operational intelligence, the standards and the deep understanding of what it means to manage property at a serious level. That is the experience I bring to Madeira.
Prior to relocating, I spent eight years in London across B2B and D2C sales, marketing and digital marketing — giving me the professional skills to manage and optimise property listings, handle communications and bring genuine marketing expertise to every property I oversee.
I am blessed to call Ponta do Pargo home — where dramatic Atlantic cliffs meet ancient levada paths, where the lighthouse has guided sailors for centuries and where the pace of life reminds you what truly matters. Sir Nick Faldo's golf development is on my doorstep — one of the greatest names in golf choosing this corner of Western Madeira as his canvas. I cannot think of a more extraordinary time to be building what I am building here.
I understand both the practical and emotional challenges of managing property — whether you live around the corner or across the world. My work exists to bridge that gap with structure, with care and with complete reliability.
Western Madeira is attracting increasing interest from buyers seeking lifestyle, tranquillity and long-term investment potential. With significant regional developments — including the Sir Nick Faldo-designed championship golf development in nearby Ponta do Pargo — the west of the island continues to evolve while retaining its natural beauty and authentic character. I am currently facilitating two private land sales in Achada da Cruz, Porto Moniz.
A well-positioned land plot in the peaceful village of Achada da Cruz — an area of outstanding natural beauty in Western Madeira, now attracting growing interest from lifestyle buyers and investors.
A generous land plot in Achada da Cruz offering significant space and natural surroundings in one of Madeira's most scenic and unspoiled western regions — ideal for those seeking a long-term lifestyle investment.
"Whether you own a property around the corner or across the world — I would love to hear from you. Get in touch to discuss your property and what level of support you need."
